All new members begin with a personalized Strong Start Session

so we can better understand your goals, movement needs,

fitness level, core + pelvic floor support, and help guide you into

the right modifications and class experience from day one.

From there, you’ll join our semi-private strength classes

designed specifically for motherhood.

Every 60-minute class combines:
✔ mobility + activation
✔ strength training
✔ cardio + sculpting
✔ pelvic floor + core integration
✔ recovery + breathwork
✔ individualized coaching + modifications

Because classes are intentionally small,

every mom receives personalized attention, guidance,

and support throughout class.
