PROGRAM LAYOUT
Our 8-week intensive Program offers a structured outline with weekly 1:1 sessions, small group training, home workouts and foundational core work, all customized to your individual needs. While each week has a defined focus, the program remains flexible, allowing for personalized adjustments to ensure your success.
Phase 1: Foundations (Weeks 1-3)
Begin with foundations in reconnecting with your breath, pelvic floor, and your deep inner core and
progressing that connection to the rest of your body and through functional movements.
Phase 2: Elevate - Strengthen - Progress (Weeks 4-7)
Once this strong foundation is built, elevate your strength and your abilities in progressive exercises
to build muscle, heal Diastasis and enhance your connection with your body.
Phase 3: Advanced Core Strength and Training Progressions (Week 8)
Transformation Week. This is the final stage of this initial program to prepare you for continued success.
Advanced core exercises are introduced as well as progressions in strength training, HIIT, return to running
and a final assessment is performed where we discuss your future fitness goals
to set you up for long term health and fitness.
How soon after giving birth can I start the program?
We recommend waiting until you have been cleared by your healthcare provider to resume exercise postpartum. Typically, this is around 6-8 weeks after birth but it can vary for each individual.
Is this program suitable for beginners?
Yes, our program is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. The program is designed to be progressive, starting with foundational work and gradually increasing in intensity and complexity. Whether you're looking to improve your mobility and function to keep up after your children or looking to return to running or CrossFit, this program is for you!
I had a baby 3 years ago, is it too late for me to join this program?
It's never too late to prioritize your health and well-being! Our program is designed to support mothers at any stage of their postpartum journey, whether you've recently had a baby or it's been several years. We're here to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered.
Can I bring my baby to the sessions?
Absolutely! We understand the demands of motherhood and welcome you to bring your baby to our sessions. Our program is designed to accommodate the needs of mothers, and we strive to create a supportive environment for you and your little one.
I had a c-section, is this program appropriate for me?
Yes, our program is suitable for mothers who have had a c-section. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program to ensure it is safe for you. Our 1:1 Sessions will work directly to improve your c-section scar mobility to achieve optimal abdominal function.
I'm experiencing aches and pains and not sure if I'm ready for an exercise class. Is this program right for me?
Our program is designed to provide modifications to accommodate your needs and help you gradually build strength and flexibility. Our 1:1 Sessions will target your specific aches and pains through manual therapy techniques, corrective exercise, and follow up home program to resolve your aches and pains to move freely and confidently to achieve your goals.
