Strong As A Mother (SAAM)

is our signature postpartum fitness program.

Designed to help moms restore their

core and pelvic floor, move safely, and rebuild strength for the demands of motherhood.

Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy

and pre/postnatal fitness experts,

SAAM is more than just exercise —

it’s recovery, education, and community.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Classes blend mobility, strength, breathwork, and safe core + pelvic floor progressions. Come solo or with your little one — each session adapts to where you are in recovery, ensuring safe progress without setbacks.

Classes are taught by Dr. Jenn Penn, PT, DPT,

and a certified pre- and postnatal training team.
