Mommy Mingle will be held following our Strong As A Mother Class. You do not need to attend the class to join in on the event.

Aria Haney is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, trained by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Specializing in coaching busy moms to reclaim their health through nutritional guidance, mindset shifts, and lifestyle changes, she discovered the power of holistic nutrition when her oldest son developed severe eczema as a baby, finding answers beyond conventional medicine. This personal journey sparked her passion and resilience when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a few years later.
Today, Aria is driven by a mission to empower mothers to overcome chronic fatigue, stress, cravings, and poor digestive health. She firmly believes in the possibility of regaining energy and vitality to fully engage in life’s joys once more.In her practice, Aria offers personalized 1:1 nutrition coaching virtually and runs a comprehensive 4-month coaching program. Her services include tailored nutritional and supplement recommendations, customized meal plans, direct messaging support, and access to hair and mineral testing for targeted health optimization. She collaborates closely with naturopathic doctor, Danielle Hofer.
Aria recently launched a master class focused on "unlocking the secrets to your energy," aiming to address key nutrition-related topics. Her expertise spans blood sugar regulation, optimal eating for energy and stress reduction, the significance of movement, and the transformative impact of manageable lifestyle adjustments on overall well-being. She advocates for the importance of adequate protein intake and emphasizes that wholesome eating can be both accessible and practical, contrary to common misconceptions.

Jen DeMarco, Holistic Wellness Coach, Movement Instructor, and Meditation Guide
Jen DeMarco is a health and wellness practitioner local to Central New Jersey. Her training includes NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Health and Wellness Coach, AFPA Holistic Nutritionist, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Barre Movement Certified, AFPA Mat Pilates Instructor, Yogarenew Prenatal Yoga Instructor, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach, Yogarenew Mindfulness Instructor, NASM Virtual Coaching Specialist, and White Light Reiki Level 1.
Outside of health and wellness, Jen has over a decade of experience working in Human Resources and Education. She is passionate about helping women, especially pregnant and postpartum women, fill in the gaps to live their healthiest and happiest lives.
Jen will discuss the importance of mindfulness as part of overall health, how to embrace the way those practices change once we become mothers, and practical steps to take to include a mindfulness or other mental/spiritual wellness routine into everyday life. Jen will spend about 30 minutes on this topic and have a 10-minute meditation, and will allow room for discussion throughout the event.

Katie is a mother, wife, and occupational therapist with a certification in perinatal mental health. She utilized her professional and personal health experiences to develop this tale. She thinks it will assist mothers everywhere in effectively expressing their need for rest and self-care.
Dr. Jenn teamed up with Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Daryl Arora, to create a dynamic experience for both you and your baby. Dr. Jenn led moms through an energetic full-body strength training workout, focusing on building a strong core and enhancing overall confidence while Daryl shared invaluable insights into your child's movement milestone development -- offering an interactive play session packed with strategies to support fine and gross motor skills.
Complimentary post-workout manual therapy stretches and NormaTec dynamic air compression therapy provided by licensed massage therapist, Eric Claudio of MFS Therapy. It was the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate tired muscles and relax in a welcoming atmosphere while mingling with other moms.
