NOT JUST ANOTHER POSTPARTUM CLASS

Stronger After Baby is designed for women approximately 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum who are ready to rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor function, and feel strong and capable again. While many participants are early postpartum, moms slightly beyond the first year are also welcome if they’re ready to move safely with guidance.

This isn’t just fitness — it’s a hands-on, guided approach led by a pelvic floor physical therapist, ensuring every movement supports your body’s unique recovery needs.

By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident,

and have a clear understanding of how to return to workouts safely

and effectively, in a way that supports your core and pelvic floor.

Don’t sweat it! If the interest keeps rolling in, a second cohort

will open starting the very same week. These additional sessions would run on Thursday or Friday at 9:30 AM.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Stronger After Baby is run in small-group cohorts led by Dr. Jenn, a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women’s health. You’ll receive the same expert guidance

and exercises that Dr. Jenn uses in her 1:1 pelvic floor physical therapy sessions,

but in a supportive, hands-on group setting.

Sessions focus on:

- Deep core and pelvic floor engagement
- Mobility, posture, and alignment
- Gradual, safe rebuilding of strength
- Addressing postpartum aches, pressure, or discomfort

Want extra support?

If you need more individualized attention for pelvic floor issues like pelvic pain, leakage, or pressure, there’s always the option to schedule 1:1 sessions with Dr. Jenn alongside the small-group program.

By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident in your body and have a solid foundation to continue your fitness journey — whether that’s in Strong As A Mother semi-private classes, 1:1 personal training, or your own home practice.

Bring your baby or toddler if you need

Participate solo if you’d like some dedicated time for yourself.
Either way, you’ll benefit from small-group guidance, expert coaching,

Do I need to have done a C-section or vaginal birth recently to join?

No — this program is safe for both types of deliveries, and exercises are customized based on your body and recovery.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes! Classes are baby- and toddler-friendly. You can bring your little one, use a carrier, or attend solo — whatever works for you.

What if I can’t make a live class?

No problem. All sessions are recorded so you can access them at your convenience.

I’m more than 1 year postpartum — can I join?

Absolutely. If you’re ready to safely rebuild strength and reconnect with your body, this program will work for you.
